We work with our network of trusted contractors, architects and trades to remodel your home, always keeping your vision and lifestyle top of mind. We then furnish and style your home down to the last detail, incorporating any furnishings and decor you want to keep. We handle every detail so that all you need to do is simply start enjoying your new home.
Home Furnishing
We can furnish your entire home or a portion of it. With curated, high quality furnishings and decor, we can breathe new life into your space. We manage everything involved in furnishing projects down to final accessorizing, including any required millwork, painting, wall and window coverings and electrical work.

During this phase, we get to know each other. We aim to fully understand your goals, lifestyle and aesthetics so that we can create designs that fit you to a T. In turn, you will learn how we operate and what to expect from us through the course of the project.

Design Phase
In this phase we develop complete design plans that are ready to execute. We develop concepts and all necessary drawings, select materials and product and obtain all cost estimates. We then present a complete design package to you so that you need to make informed decisions.  And yes, we always include options!

Implementation Phase
In this phase all materials and products are ordered and received and all onsite work is completed. We liaise with contractors, trades and vendors and oversee all the work to make sure it is executed according to the plans and our exacting standards. We deliver and install all of the furnishings and decor then fully accessorize your home in anticipation of the final reveal.

How do we get the process started?

How long does a project typically take?

Full-service remodels typically take a minimum of 1 year to complete. Furnishing projects take a minimum of 6 months, depending on their size.

When should we engage your team?

Ideally you want to engage us right away. This way, we can use our expertise to help you come up with most optimal plans that you may not have considered on your own – and help you avoid costly mistakes. We can also connect you with our A-Team of architects, contractors and trades to ensure your project starts off successfully.

What areas do you serve?

For full remodel projects, we service Clients in Toronto and the GTA, including Oakville, Guelph and Kitchener- Waterloo. For furnishing projects, we’re happy to work with Clients anywhere in Canada and the US. With the help of technology, we can handle most aspects of the project remotely, with site visits limited to key milestones.

Can you incorporate my existing furnishings or decor?

Absolutely. We love working with our Clients’ existing furnishings and heirlooms. We believe they tell your story and bring personality and individually to your space. That said, should a piece pose limitation on the design, we will let you know.

Can you recommend a contractor and tradespeople?

Definitely. We have a network of trusted contractors, trades people and vendors that we’ll engage for your project. These collaborators consistently deliver superior results that meet our exacting standards and we facilitate all aspects of working with them on your behalf.

Do you offer consultation design services?

We offer Virtual 1:1 Design Consultations through The Expert platform. We can advise you on any aspect your project during a 55-minute or 25-minute Zoom call. We have also very successfully worked with Clients on longer-term projects over several sessions, helping them make decisions as the projects progressed.

What is your pricing?

We work on a flat fee basis – we know that this gives our Clients predictability and peace of mind. The Design Fees are tailored specifically to each project and are determined once when we’ve been able to discuss the project in detail and create the Scope of Work.
